These are vetted qualified realtors who volunteer to assist Army housing counselors in helping Soldiers and Families find rental and sale listings through the Multiple Listing Service system. HSO partners with the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors to provide onsite volunteer realtor services. Additionally, individuals can also visit HOMES.mil. Staff works closely with landlords and homeowners to ensure the quality of homes meet Government standards.
HSO staff is knowledgeable about the local community laws and policies and is available to assist Soldiers and Families with finding solutions to housing needs and issues. 1225, are available to assist with finding housing off the installation.
Army Housing provides three core services which include Housing Services (Off the installation), Residential Community Services (On the installation) and Unaccompanied Housing (Barracks).
